Happy Birthday, Lauren!
On Lauren's actual birthday we celebrated with some friends at Chic-fil A indoor playground and then later with dinner at Macaroni Grill.

Austin and Kevin visit the Alligator Farm
While I was off enjoying time with Lauren at the petting zoo, Kevin and Austin headed over to the Alligator Farm. Austin got to watch them feed the gators, hold a gator, and even got to help tape a gators mouth!

Happy Birthday, Jake!
How else do you celebrate a dog's 13th birthday than with a big party?! Beth hosted a backyard party to celebrate Jake's 13th birthday complete with party hats and a cake!

Visiting Lil's Country Critters
Today we joined my friends, Beth and Robin, and their daughters, Kate and Haley, for a "girls day" at Lil's Country Critters. The girls enjoyed feeding and petting the animals, but most of all the playground and slide!

Mommy and Austin Day
Today Austin and I spent the day down in New Orleans. I let him plan what we were going to do. We started the day at the IMAX theater to see the movie, "Bugs". When that was over we headed to the Children's Museum where Austin enjoyed shopping in the grocery store, serving food in the diner, and exploring all the other exhibits. Before heading back across the lake, we met Dad for a late lunch at Applebees. We had a great day!
