Let it Sneaux !!!

Well, Austin got his wish to see snow this winter. On Thursday morning we were greeted with the most beautiful snowfall right here in Southern Louisiana! We couldn't believe it! After bundling up the kids we headed outside with cameras in hand to enjoy the snow. Austin had a great time throwing snowballs and helping Kevin and the neighbors build a snowman. Lauren wasn't crazy about the snow or the cold!

Happy Thanksgiving!

This year we decided to take a road trip up to Evansville, Indiana to visit Dad. We stopped off in Birmingham as a half way place to rest and visit family. On the way up we stopped at Aunt Lori and Uncle Andrew's and on the way home we got to catch up with some of Amy's old friends who are living right outside of Birmingham. My cousin, Jason, who is a firefighter was more that gracious to take us to the station where he used to work to show Austin the trucks. He got to get on the firetruck, ring the bells, and watch Jason slide down the pole! While in Evansville we got to visit the Children's Museum, play at the park, and visit and spend time with "Pops" and Carol. Thanks to everyone who made this trip memorable!
